хорошая новость - хунвэйбинство не прошло, не очень хорошая - пока это выглядит скорее как удача и личное достижение не убоявшихся стать против оголтелой сволочи.

к сожалению, искусство политической речи в русском языке по-видимому утрачено, потому что даже я не смог сказать лучше чем вот это:
